Mona King; an interior architect, designer, artist and entrepreneur. Graduate of Indiana University - B.A. Fine Arts, University of North Carolina Greensboro - B.S. Interior Architecture magna cum laude, University of North Carolina School of the Arts Thomas S. Kenan Institute for the Arts - Creative Catalyst Leadership Certificate, LEED Certified, Assoc. IIDA.  She relocated to NC from IN for a startup venture with Sara Lee / Hanes Products. Prior to founding her own design collaborative, she worked as an Executive in Corporations ranging from Manufactures to Financial institutions. She is the Founder, Chief Creative Cultivator of Mona + Associates Design, LLC. Biophilic design, interior architecture, art, public art, installations, Living art + walls, as well as provide creative consulting.  Married to her best friend and top supporter, mother of 2 daughters, 2 grandsons. Originally from a large family of 8, her love of art, design, and nature goes back to her childhood enjoying time together in nature. We are biologically wired to find inspiration through our connection to the natural world.
